Application Procedures for September 2011-2012

 

1. Please complete Application Information Form (AIF) by downloading it and mailing the form to 1458 East 14th Street, Brooklyn New York 11230.

 

2. Send the appropriate application fee to the admissions department with a $100 non refundable fee for application process and review.

A scheduled interview is required. We would certainly like for you to visit our campus and experience Imagine Academy for Autism in person.

 

3. Thereafter, appropriate testing is required ("intake") for an additional fee of $150 non refundable fee.

 

4. We kindly request transcripts from previous schools (if relevant) and teacher/therapist information forms to be completed.
