Boot Camp will teach life-long, healthy habits — all while being active and having fun! Through one-on-one engaging circuits, action-packed drills, dynamic movements, and more, each Boot Camp session hits on the critical aspects of The Fab Five: Cardio,Balance,Flexibility,Strength and Endurance. Classes are conducted one-on-one in a small group environment, themed around promoting a positive body image, developing strong bones, and promoting sustained attention and focus.
